Dr. Jean Stepter-Gray is a servant of God with a deep love for His Word and an unwavering passion for His people. She believes in the power of God’s Word to heal, restore, and make us whole. Known as a prophetic scribe, teacher, and encourager, Dr. Jean ministers with grace and wisdom, drawing from her personal journey and her calling to equip others to live free in Christ. Her foundational scripture is Galatians 5:1 — “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.”

Dr. Jean serves as the founder of Kingdom Purpose Legacy House, LLC, a ministry hub committed to building lives, strengthening families, and releasing Kingdom vision. She is also the creator and host of the thriving TV broadcast Grace & Growth: Living Whole, Loving Well, where she ministers weekly to help people embrace the wholeness that comes only through Christ.
